Return Policy

Is it possible to return my order? Yes, you can return your order if you are not satisfied with the items. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt provided the following conditions are met:

  1. The order must contain all appropriate parts, components, and packaging in its original condition.
  2. The product should show normal handling; breakage due to careless handling is excluded.
  3. Products that require hygiene considerations must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return process.
  4. The product must be found defective immediately upon receipt.
  5. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return.
  6. Returns will be processed within 7 working days, and if conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.
  7. A track and trace number must be provided for the return to be valid.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

How can I return my order? If your order meets the conditions above, follow these steps to initiate the return process:

  • Send an email to: info@elyseauckland.com
  • Include the following information in your email:
    • Order number
    • Reason for the return request
    • Photo of the product in case of breakage
    • First name and last name of the customer
    • Address of the customer
    • Track and trace number for the return shipment

We will provide you with the return address after reviewing your request. Do not send the return to the sender; we will send you the correct address. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product.

Right of Withdrawal

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) receives or accepts the last goods.

Cancelling your order is only possible within 5 minutes of placing the order. After 5 minutes, our orders are not processed and unfortunately cancellation is not possible then.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Elyse Auckland via a clear declaration (e.g., by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The revocation is completed when we receive the goods. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer.

Record for Shipments in Transit

As our goods are shipped from Asia, transit times may be longer and are beyond our control. If the goods are already en route to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and then return them to us. You may inform us of your cancellation in advance.

For a swift return process, please provide a shipping confirmation and track and trace number.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, except delivery costs (excluding additional costs if you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without delay and within fourteen days of receiving notification of your withdrawal from this contract and the goods. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. You will not be charged for this repayment.

ALL RETURNS WILL BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
